Practice Owner and Manager
I am the owner & manager of The Lytham Clinic. We opened here in Lytham in 2001 and wanted to provide patients with a warm welcoming environment where they could see all different practitioners under one roof. Starting with Physiotherapy and Osteopathy we then added Chiropody and a Beauty Studio. In December 2021 we welcomed Audiologist Simon Bland to the practice.
What makes you want to come to work?
I have always worked with people & for me coming to work every day knowing we are providing patients of all ages with the professional help they need is extremely fulfilling.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
Seeing patients come into the clinic, greeting and chatting to them before I pass them onto a practitioner that I know is about to help them is why I love my job.
How do you help make your customers smile?
A smile and warm welcome on entering any building will always make people feel at ease and comfortable. I have always found that if I smile, they smile too. A happy friendly environment will always bring out the best in people & I like to think they leave here knowing we care. The world needs a bit more kindness in my opinion.
